A New Approach to Skin Care

At Skinjuvenate Aesthetics in Edmonton, we’re focused on lasting skin transformation, not one-off treatments. After careful consideration, we’ve decided to retire our monthly promotions. While they’ve been a wonderful way to welcome new clients, they don’t fully reflect the heart of what we do.

Our mission is to support clients who are ready to commit to their skin health and experience the full range of corrective and rejuvenating treatments. Every service is designed to deliver lasting results, radiant skin, and renewed confidence.

Mandatory Skin Consultations

For new clients, please be aware that consultations are MANDATORY at the time of booking for all services, ensuring personalized care and optimal results. Come with a clean face, knowledge of the products you're using, and an open mind for a comprehensive and tailored experience.

Credit Card Authorization

At the time of booking, a NON -REFUNABLE deposit AND a credit card must be on file. Deposit will be credited towards your selected treatment.

Charges will only occur in the event of non-compliance with our spa policies. Clients with declined cards must settle all fees before re-booking, and failure to adhere to policies may result in termination from booking future appointments.

Cancellation / Rescheduling /Late & No Show

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the Aesthetician's' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 48 hrs notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 48 hrs. notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file.

Please note that clients are allowed up to two rebooking per-treatment. This is to ensure that our scheduling remains efficient and that we can accommodate all our clients in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

By using our online booking system, you acknowledge and agree to the following Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of $30 and a credit card on file is necessary to secure an appointment. Any modifications or cancellations to your appointment must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will result in a $100 fee charged to the card on file. No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee along with a $100 cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

At Skinjuvenate Aesthetics, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services.

Due to the personalized nature of our skincare treatments and packages, all sales are final.

Product Refunds:

Products may be exchanged or returned only if they are defective or damaged during shipping. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

Treatment & Package Refunds:

All treatments, packages, and prepaid appointments are non-refundable. This ensures fairness and allows us to maintain our high standard of service for all clients.

We encourage clients to ask questions before purchasing products or booking treatments.

If you have any concerns or require clarification, our team is happy to provide guidance to ensure the best results.

Gift Card Policy

All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, and we are unable to issue partial refunds for unused balances.

By purchasing a gift card, you acknowledge that any remaining value not used toward services or products will remain on the card for future use and will not be refunded or credited back.

Please ensure the amount purchased aligns with your intended use, as we do not offer refunds for over-purchased values or changes of mind.

Treatment Downgrade Policy

If you choose to change your appointment to a lower-priced service at the time of your visit (for example, switching from an advanced treatment to a basic facial), the cost of the original service booked will still be charged.

This policy ensures fair compensation for our team and respects the time that was reserved exclusively for you

Package Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking for all packages to secure your appointment. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to providing exceptional care and visible results during your visit.

To achieve the best outcomes, sessions should be scheduled 4–6 weeks apart. Inconsistent scheduling outside of this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the package pricing. In such cases, any remaining sessions will be charged at the standard treatment rates.

For added flexibility, we offer financing through beautifi a secure third-party platform that allows you to shop now and pay later.

Membership Payment & Policy

AYour monthly membership fee will be automatically charged to the card on file on a set date each month. The monthly fee will be confirmed at the time of enrollment. As long as payments are current, you will remain an active member in good standing.

If your payment cannot be processed due to insufficient funds or other issues, a $35 insufficient funds fee will be applied. We will contact you promptly to update your payment information to avoid service interruptions.

Membership requires a minimum commitment of 6 months, and a 30-day notice is required for cancellation.

By joining our membership program, you agree to these payment terms. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to providing you with a consistent, enjoyable, and results-driven spa experience.

At-Home Care & Product Recommendations

At Skinjuvenate Aesthetics, clients receiving advanced skin treatments are required to follow a customized at-home skincare regimen prescribed by their provider. This personalized routine is designed to support your in-clinic treatments, maintain healthy skin, and ensure optimal long-term results.

Not following the recommended home care may affect treatment outcomes, increase the risk of adverse reactions, and limit our ability to safely guide your skin journey. For this reason, Skinjuvenate Aesthetics reserves the right to withhold or discontinue advanced treatments if the prescribed regimen is not followed.

By choosing advanced services at Skinjuvenate, you acknowledge that your commitment to professional home care is essential for achieving the best results. Any deviation from the prescribed regimen may impact outcomes, for which Skinjuvenate Aesthetics cannot be held responsible.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following these policies, which are designed to maximize treatment effectiveness and provide the highest standard of care. If you have questions or need clarification, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Orders and Pick Up Policies

All product orders must be placed online and can be either shipped or picked up locally. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order is ready. You will be notified once your order is available for pickup or shipment.

Our clinic operates by appointment only to ensure privacy and comfort for all clients receiving treatments. For this reason, we cannot accommodate unscheduled drop-ins. Please do not arrive without an appointment, knock on the door, or call out from outside, as this disrupts the experience of other clients.

We kindly ask that all communication regarding product pickups or appointments be made through our online booking system or by contacting us directly.
